Do you do custom work?

YES! I love custom orders. I have an established process for custom orders that appear on every custom order listing in my shop, or you can reach out to me and I can share the process with you. I'm in the process of moving all my custom work at my custom-specific shop, OdellMae.com.

Can you accept rush orders?

In most cases, yes I definitely can. Pricing and timelines will vary depending on the time of year. Just let me know when you need it and I will send you a real-time quote with some shipping options for you to consider.

How do I track my order?

To track your shipped order, you have a few options:

  • Automatic tracking emails - When your order has shipped Shopify automatically sends an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment with the carrier. Shopify is a third party service and is no way related to Aphantastic Designs.
  • Order status page - You can click the link in your order confirmation email to view the Aphantastic Designs order status page, which displays tracking information once the order is fulfilled.
  • Customer account - If you have an account on AphantasticDesigns.com you can log in and view your order history with tracking details.
  • Shop app - If you have the Shop app installed, you'll automatically get tracking updates and notifications as your package moves through delivery. The Shop App is a third party service and is no way related to Aphantastic Designs.

What if my order had a mistake?

I don’t goof often, but if I do, I will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let me know within 14 days so that I can fix your order ASAP.
