Shop Hours - Aphantastic Designs

Aphantastic Designs' shop hours are Monday through Friday, with standard business hours running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).

During these hours, I’m available to process orders, answer questions, and provide support for any ongoing projects. Please note that any messages or inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed the next business day.

The studio is closed on all major holidays. This includes both federal holidays and widely observed seasonal breaks. Because carriers also experience high volumes and adjusted schedules during these times, shipping timelines may be affected. Packages already in transit may move more slowly, and new orders placed around holiday periods may require additional processing time.

I always do my best to keep things moving efficiently, and I appreciate your patience and understanding during these busier times. Clear communication and realistic expectations help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
