If you purchase rush shipping and I’m not able to meet your deadline, I’ll reach out right away and we’ll decide together whether to continue or issue a full refund.

These are in addition to the 2-4 business day production timelines. In many cases I can get them done in 2-3 business days and ready to ship, but I will always be transparent with you if that's not do-able for your order.
