2. Add the details of your design in the personalization box. 
3. Place Your Order
4. I begin work on your design within 2-3 business days. 
5. I will provide you a water-marked draft. The design work includes 2 revisions. You can purchase additional revisions upon request. 
   
   If we are unable to get to a design that you like within ~1 week of consistent communication I would issue a full refund.

HOW TO ORDER

1. CHOOSE DESIGN

• You Provide The Photo/Art: This means your design is either ready to go, or requires minimal manual adjustment on my part. (PNG, JPG). 
• Full Custom: You can commission a totally custom design. Custom pricing reflects the materials, plus the cost of my design time.
  2. DECIDE ON EMBROIDERY PLACEMENT - There are 4 embroidery placement options, you'll find those below.

The default placement is as shown in the listing photos.
Add On Placements must be purchased separately. Message me for details.
You must specify placement in the personalization box when ordering.

• Left 2x1" (inches)
• Center Front 5x 2" (inches)

• No returns or exchanges for custom items, so please review the details carefully and ask any questions you have before purchasing.
• Due to the nature of embroidery, slight variations in color and fine detail may occur. I aim to preserve the heart of your design while working within the medium’s unique limitations.
