- Add the details of your design in the personalization box. Need more room? Message me through Etsy.
- I begin work on your design within 2-3 business days.
- I will provide you a water-marked draft. The design work includes 2 revisions. You can purchase additional revisions upon request.
- This hasn't happened yet, but if we are unable to get to a design that you like within ~1 week of consistent communication I would issue a full refund.

HOW TO ORDER
1. CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN
ƒ?› Provide your own design file (PNG, JPG). This means your design is either ready to go, or requires minimal manual adjustment on my part.
ƒ?› You can commission a totally custom design. Custom pricing reflects the materials, plus the cost of my design time.

2. CHOOSE EMBROIDERY PLACEMENT You must specify placement in the personalization box when ordering.
