ABOUT YOUR DIGITAL PORTRAIT:

• You will receive a high-resolution digital download
• It will be ~6000 px x 6000 px and 300 DPI
• Choose circle or square shape

IMPORTANT

• All designs will be in my own style
• I need reference photos of you in the pose (or similar pose) of the end result you want.
• PETS AND ADDITONAL PEOPLE ARE ADD-ONS. Please message me for a quote.
• No returns or exchanges for custom items, so please review the details carefully and ask any questions you have before purchasing.

CUSTOM ILLUSTRATION LEVELS

•Simple- Black/White, or maximum of 2 other colors with 1 prop
•Medium Detail- Full color with maximum of 2 props.
•Highly Detailed- Full color with maximum of 5 props.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

• Purchase the items you want
• Add the details of your design in the personalization box. Need more room? Message me.
• Email your reference photos to angela@odellmae.com
• I begin work on your design within 2-3 business days after purchase.
• I will provide you a water-marked draft. The design work includes 2 revisions. You can purchase additional revisions upon request.
• Once we get to a final design I will email you the high-resolution profile photo and mark your order as completed.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE! This hasn't happened yet, but if we are unable to land on a design concept that you like within ~1 week of consistent communication I would issue a full refund.

Note that depending on the level of detail that it may take longer than 1 week for me to finish the drawing once we land on the design direction that you have in mind.
