If we are unable to get to a design that you like within ~1 week of consistent communication I would issue a full refund.

- You Provide The Text or Photo/Art: This means your design is either ready to go, or requires minimal manual adjustment on my part. (PNG, JPG).
- Use the personalization box to tell me what names and title you want on the sweatshirt.

- Due to the nature of embroidery, slight variations in color and fine detail may occur. I aim to preserve the heart of your design while working within the medium’s unique limitations. You will see drafts along the way.
